Waste Sludge Recycling Plant

System is designed to recycle and heal the properties of the poisonous mud produced from the galvanize plants and bring this mud to a nature friendly and storable condition.

Mud which is dehumidified at the filter presses, is dried in rotative furnace number 3 then; in rotative furnace number 4 poisonous gases and other chemical substances are vaporized and healed due to the chemical reactions that takes place at high temperatures and finally in rotative cooling tube number 6, this new nature friendly and storable material which looks just like a dark colored sand is produced.
