In gas systems, radiant tubes with low deformation rate and long life, cast from special alloyed high temperature resistant material - are used.
Fuel savings of up to 20% can be achieved with recuperative burners gas systems.
Long life and low maintenance costs are provided with self-lubricating and cooled high temperature resistant bearings.
Homogeneous heat and protective gas distribution is provided in the furnace with circulators cast from special alloy material.
Protective gas consumption is reduced to minimum levels with high temperature resistant flexible curtains and flame curtain system at the entrances and exits of the furnaces.
The hardening oil is kept at a constant temperature by being heated when necessary and cooled when necessary with the resistance and heat exchanger system.
