Conveyored Furnaces

Operating Principle:
Products are loaded onto a chain conveyor in metal crates. The system operates in a step-wise manner: a new crate is loaded, the guillotine doors open, the chain conveyor advances by one step, and the guillotine doors close. A cooling tunnel is located at the end of the heating tunnel. Products exit the oven at a temperature safe for manual handling.
The system is controlled by a PLC. Parameters such as oven residence times, zone control temperatures, and crate positions can be monitored via the PLC display.
